Delivery Details
Delivery is from £1.49 on all orders no matter how many items you purchase. Your order will normally be delivered within 3-7 days.
Returns
All returns should be sent to the address given on our Contact Us page. Full refunds will be given for all orders returned within 7 days of purchase providing the item is unused and in an “as new” condition.
It is the customer’s responsibility for the safe return of all goods. All items returned under our 7 day return policy (i.e. none faulty) must be returned as they were received with their original packaging and full contents included, Items returned in a less than pristine condition and/or with damaged or missing packaging will incur charges to cover the cost of the items.
Where a refund is sought for non faulty items we reserve the right to make a charge to cover our administration costs. This charge will not exceed the direct costs of postage etc.
Refunds cannot be given if we judge that the product has been wilfully damaged, misused, neglected, overloaded, modified, adapted or repaired.
